Our return policy is based on our manufacturer’s return policy and most of them do not accept returns, or may require a 25% restocking fee.

Our product page provides all the information you need from dimension to material, and high resolution product shots to help you decide in purchasing the products. We do not accept returns for items ordered other than the ones listed below:

What to do next?

The best way to get the return expedited is to email us at info@commerciallightingsupplier.com with the following info:

  • Full Name of Recipient
  • Order Number
  • Attachment of picture showing the damaged part of the item and packaging or box

Once we receive your email, we will provide you with instructions on what to do with the item. Please do not throw the box or any packaging materials that come with the item/s.

Please make sure to inspect the delivered items once you have received them.

We allow a 15-day grace period to return damaged or incorrect items shipped to you. Refunds or Store Credits Refunds or store credits will be processed after the damaged or incorrect items have been received by the manufacturer. Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for processing.
